4 Miles

4 is the longest distance that doing an out and back route would be considered  socially acceptable by most of my team. After all, there is a perfectly good place  to turn around at the triangle at the 2-mile mark. That being said, there are far  more loops that lead to 4 miles than 3 or 2, although you are still constrained to the closer parts of the trails.
